Day 10: Hope
Shedding. Shedding. Shedding. Freedom demands it. And while we strip to your skin and bone and to lose the chains, find ourselves at city center naked as we’ve ever bee, and while some may scoff, laugh, and throw their vices like grenades, somehow, somewhere there is hope found.
For someone will see, they will notice the human form before them and see not the exterior rather the heart that is beating within. And they shall clothe you again - wrap your up in the warmth of kindness, saying “I know what it cost you to get here. The coffee is nearly ready, come in and make yourself at home.”
Yes to clothe the naked, feed the hungry, heal the sick. To set captives free and to proclaim liberty! To see that Hope resides around us, to listen to the cries of the souls and see the beauty reaching out towards the light. So reach Beloved. Reach father and lean in closer because Hope is here.
